When the aluminum alloy content exceeds the specified upper limit, discharge 1/4-1/3 of the tank night, then add sulfuric acid and deionized water.
There is less sediment in the oxidation tank. Generally, it only takes one year to clean the guide tank thoroughly. At this time, the cathode plate should be brushed or replaced.
The cathode plate should be kept clean and well conducted.
Strictly observe the requirements of volume current density and anodizing area and tank area ratio.
