The continuous casting and continuous casting and rolling production scheme of aluminum and aluminum alloy eliminates the hot rolling process of the ingot casting method, which is advantageous from the viewpoint of energy saving, but is generally limited by the speed of continuous casting of the sheet metal. A double stick is the annual output of the casting and rolling line of about 10,000 tons. The special double-belt type Hacilight continuous rolling mill has an annual output of 100,000 tons. Due to the limitation of the thickness of the continuous casting of the sheet metal, the specifications of the product are also limited. There are many process steps to regulate the organization and performance of the final product, and restrictions are imposed from the perspective of physical metallurgy. At present, the continuous casting and rolling production plan is mainly used for the production of pure aluminum and rust-proof aluminum sheet strips. At present, the continuous casting and rolling method is rarely used in China.
The rolling method can be divided into hot rolling and cold rolling according to the technical temperature; according to the rolling mill arrangement, it can be divided into single-stand rolling, semi-contact rolling and associated rolling.
Block type hair production methods can be divided into fast film hair and belt method. The block method is a plate which is cut into a certain length after hot rolling or cold rough rolling, and is subjected to a process such as cold rolling until the finished product. This method, equipment and operation are simple, the investment is small, the speed is fast, and the variety and specifications of the production are more flexible. Generally suitable for small factories, but the block method is an old production method with low productivity and yield, high labor intensity, poor production conditions, long cycle, limited product variety, especially for the production of thin plates. The belt is rolled into a roll and finally cut into a plate. In this way, the production of sheet or strip can be carried out by large ingots, telling rolling, high productivity and yield, and easy to realize continuous, automatic and computer control of the production process, high quality, high efficiency and labor intensity. Small, however, the equipment is more complicated, the investment is large, and the recommended period is longer. It is suitable for large and medium-sized factories with large product scale, strong technical strength and single varieties.
